My dear Sir,

I have the honor to request to be informed if the following named case has been set for trial today and if not what condition the case is in at this date or please furnish me with any information, touching the matter involved.

Commonwealth of Virginia vs. Henry Fisher, William Ross, John Craig, Robt Craig, Wm Craig ([unclear: Rvs] in [unclear: Summers]) and Abraham Ross.
