I have the honor to transmit Report to Bureau Affairs Criminal Affairs (Freedmen) and School affairs for this Division of Your District In relation to the case of Commonwealth v. Hill I respectfully remark that Defendant's friends are not satisfied with the conviction on the evidence addressed but his counsel declines taking any steps to set aside the judgement and await action from Hill through his personal friend before making any detailed or protest to you
