Your last is to Hand. You get Mr [unclear: Augers] to let us have the room for Certain--Now don't let this chance slip but attend to it don't let him put us off. But get it-- I Had it out of course Could not Help Conway [unclear: from] selling He got a good Price for it. Now attend to this you are up there if you can't get this one try and get one somewhere Else--don't let this chance pass by. do all you can--the Room Kinny is in now would not be large enough but if He does what you say will be--do the best you think=what about the Hilb room
