Sir

I enclose contract made between Mr. Samuel Parent and William Saulsbury witnessed by Sarah Fauber & William G. Bailey.

A dispute has arisen as to settlement under said contract and both the parties have agreed to refer the matter to you for arbitration.

I enclose with this arbitration bond (hereby drawn) signed by Salsbury. Mr. Parent will sign it with you.

Hoping you will be able to bring about a speedy settlement.
