This is to certify that Sallie Williams has left her child with [illeg.] [illeg.] [added: her [illeg.] mother] without her having agreed to take it and she is not about to take care of it having her own to take care of, the said Sallie Williams has gone to Alexandria to one Mrs [unclear: Hancham]
