Your Receipt Rolls were received, and account for all clothing with which you are charged, except the following articles, viz.-

3 Great Coats [unclear: Supy] - 1 Shirt, 1 pair Mens shoes & 2 pair Children's shoes.

To avoid making out two sets of Rolls for so small an issue, you will please send the names of the persons to whom these articles are issued, and I will enter them upon the Rolls kept here.
