I have learned from Captain McDonnell that the Registers were not appointed in Staunton Mr. Stitt & I are from the State of Pennsylvania we are living in Winchester at present we have both been in Pennsylvania recently & if they are not appointed please let us know & by you doing so you will oblige us by doing so.
