The following is a list of the articles of Bureau property for which I hold your [unclear: Memo] Receipts. Viz:

2 office desks, 4 chairs
1 heating stove, 1 Horse
2 Riding Saddles - condition good
2 Riding Bridles Condition good
2 Saddle blankets - much worn
1 Head Halter [unclear: So-]

On the reception of receipt from Colonel Jordan for the above mentioned articles the memo receipts will be returned and a certificate of non-accountability for property in this Sub District furnished.
