The application of William Echols, forwarded by you on the 3d inst. for assistance in repairing the schoolhouse at Waynesboro has been approved by the Assistant Commissioner and $150 appropriated to that object.
You will please see that the necessary repairs are made and forward the vouchers for services and materials purchased to this office for payment.
The vouchers please have receipted in blank, and forward the bills on a sheet of paper.
Send them in (if possible) before the end of next month.
