Sir

Preparatory to closing your office and that the business and affairs of this Sub District may be settled on the 31st inst. you are instructed to prepare to sell at public auction, the Bureau Property in your possession on the 21st inst. [unclear: All] sales in Quadruplicate, are enclosed, which you will please return properly filled out, and signed by the auctioneer, immediately after the sale. The money to accompany the vouchers---- You will also please issue the remaining clothing and return Receipt Rolls without delay.
