Waldo Assistant Sub Assistant Commissioner Bureau Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands the record pertaining to Marriages of colored persons within the County of Augusta who cohabited as such prior to the late war, which record is filed in the clerks office of Augusta County Court for future reference.
