Dear Sir
Will you have the kindness to inform me where I shall direct a Letter so it will reach Professor Woodbury, also to inform me what the arrangements are for the transportation of Teachers from their homes to their respective places of duty, that is whether they travel on all [unclear: Rounds] not Government at half fare.
