i must set down this morning and tell you What i think about you for i know very Well that if you thought as much of me as i do of you Why you Would write more then What you do for i have wrote four letter and haven't got one yet and i Would like to know What is the [unclear: reachen] that you don't write more then What you do and let me know how you are for [unclear: thar] is all the rest of the boys getting letter every time that the mail Come in but if you ain't Able to write Why i shall not think hard about it but if you are Well and don't write Why i shall give up too if you had much feeling for me Why you Would write to me for i Can't get paper only sometimes but i hope that you Will please to write Once more and let me know how you are and all the rest please to give my love to all the friends i hope that you Will [unclear: Cape] this letter for to look at for i am getting along very Well at this time i am Waiting on officer and i have [unclear: now] hard [unclear: think] to Do
