Where does Senator Mont-
gomery of the [unclear: Northernlul] and [unclear: ] lie - what does he follow & has he ever been in [unclear: fuller] life. He is the only Senator I know nothing of.

As soon as the quota of Pennsylvania as ascertained please advise me of it. The statement in the Bulletin that it is 38,000 cant be correct, is it?
