The County Court.--November term.--J. Marshall McCue, president of the Court, presiding.

All the Magistrates were summoned to consider the applications for licenses to sell ardent spirits, in Waynesboro. The applications were rejected.

The application of Jones Lowman to sell ardent spirits, near Mt. Solon, was granted.

Alex H. Fultz qualified as Notary Public under commission of the Governs.

Wm. A. Burnett renewed his bond as Notary Public.

Thos. P. Lightner qualified as Dept Sheriff.

J.A.J. Funkhouser and R.A. Hundley were appointed Surveyors of Roads.

Doc. Runnels and John Wells, (colored) charged with housebraking and stealing butter from Wm. P. McCutchen were tried. The latter was acquitted and the convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary for three years.
