The company will hold a patent on Sibert's process for manufacturing iron and steel, and will work with other companies wishing to benefit from it. The capital stock will be 5,000 shares at $100 each with the privilege of increasing to 10,000 shares. The main office will be in Richmond. The article includes a list of the officers.
