Summary:
Union General Darius Couch, commanding at Chambersburg, writes the Adjutant
General of the Army in July, 1864, with reports of Confederate troop
movements.

Some rebels have crossed below Williamsburg. Probably not a large number there encamped. It is believed that several thousand infantry are near that place.
