Miss Mariana:-- It has been a long since I had the pleasure of seeing and talking with you. Can't you come to see us? Come down. My niece will keep you company, when you wish to jump round during the day, and I'll talk to you around the fireside in the evening. If you don't soon come to see us, I'll have to go to see you. My kindest regards to your Ma and sister.

Your Friend, heartily,
