Your communication No 10. [unclear: 2d.V.68.] Mch 2d 1868, reporting the issue of the remainder of the clothing in your hands has been received.
All clothing charged to you has been properly accounted for except one Shirt, on assuming charge at Staunton, you sent to this office a [unclear: memo] receipt of property transfered to you by Mr. Tukey, among the rest 45 shirts, That receipt is now in this office. Since then 100 more were acknowledged by you to have been received, of these 144 have been reported by you as issued, as stated in your letter 2d inst., above referred to.
