10th Nov.

Richmond

Mr. Jackson

I send that portion of [deleted: Miss] Mr. Kennedy's letter which relates to your affairs. I have no doubt but, after all has been collected that can be from the scholars [this should be 10 cts per week without exception] and after the society has given you what it will towards the furniture, the Bureau will pay the balance, calling it "repairs".

Yours Truly

R.M. Manly
