You will please furnish as soon as possible a list of all buildings now occupied for school purposes in your Sub Dist. [unclear: by] any Northern charitable association; also school houses in process of erection, with the following particulars in regard to each, viz: Location, character of the building (whether church or schoolhouse proper), ownership, and rent paid if any, Capacity to accomodate scholars, Probability of its being available for future use. If there are any already completed, but not yet in use they should be mentioned.
