Dear Sir

I wish to call on you to confer me the favor that I ask if you have it in your power to grant to me & that is as follows:

I hereby certify that I am a cripple By Accident & have a large famly to surport Also I am in Debt & sued for the sum of forty six Dollars & have given a Delivery Bond on my cow & sow & pig. I dont want my securities to suffer as I can pay the Debt myself if I get longer Indulgence & that is the favor I now Ask for time until the first day of November 1867.
