I have recd. yours of the 21st by Harman [unclear: Green] (C), & reply by note this morning as it is absolutely impossible for me to call in person just now. I will however say that I have [unclear: offsets] against the amt. he claims, I will call ro see you in a few days & let you examine my acts.
