I return the voucher No. 12 for Forage My travelling on account of Registration has been & must still be considerable but it is not exclusively for that. I shall have an expense act. and you will please forward vouchers or direct I charge amt. as expenses if I shall not have to wait too long for the money from Mayor Staunton.
