I have no report to make for the month of August under the head of officers & enlisted men, Lands, refugees & Freedmen in camps. Schools bureau property Bu. C.C. & [unclear: G.E.] Bu. funds or QM C.C. & G.E. My report of Civilians was sent
also report of rations issued Report of conditions of freedmen & copy of return of QM Stores & QM Cash account. Copies of the abstract & vouchers accompanying the latter will be forwarded immediately.
