Enclosed please find a Physician's certificate of my unfitness to travel.
My furlough on account of wounds commenced Dec. 23d for twenty days signed by L. Thomas Adjt. Genl.
There being no Army Physician in this place I send the certificate of my attending physician as directed by Regulations.
