T. J. Hill [illeg.] 126th Regt. Penna Vols has been detailed to receive the surplus baggage of this division and accompany it to Washington that it may be stored with Capt. Hart according to "Circular" from Chief Quartermaster 5th A. D. April 14th, 1863.
I have to request a pass to enable him to proceed today to Washington and also to obtain transportation for goods.
The "Circular" referred to was never officially received at these HDQRS and was very accidentally discovered this morning on the files of Capt. Grave.
