In compliance with endorsement from Corps Head Quarters made in application of Lt. E. W. Alcott to be removed from duty as Asst. Commissary of Muster I have the honor to designate 1st Lt. John W. Stewart Adjt. 126th Regiment Penna Vols as a suitable officer to relieve Lieut. Alcott.
