You will find an Editorial article in this weeks Repository written by me, on Pennsylvania & the War, which should be copied into the Telegraph. You can have some one suggest it to [unclear: Bergner] or [unclear: Tomey]. It is a brief review of the success of your administration in organizing & caring for our soldiers.

I will go to Phila Wednesday. I hope [unclear: Magran] will be there.
