In making your report of Rations issued for May, the following information is required -

Number of Men - number women, number male children number of Female children - aggregate-

Aggregate last Report - Total number Rations issued during the month - Value of same.

This report must correspond with the Provision Returns sent in, or issued on by the Commissary, in order that the Report shall correspond with his [unclear: abstracty] Issues.
