In making your report of Rations issued for May, the following information is required -

No. of Men - No. women, No. male children No. of Female children - agregate-

Agregate last Report - Total no. Rations issued during the month - Value of same.

This report must correspond with the Provision Returns sent in, or issued on by the Commissary, in order that the Report shall correspond with his [unclear: abstracty] Issues.
