In compliance with instructions contained in Circular No 32, from Assistant Commissioner Richmond Virginia dated December 19, 1868, I have the honor to report that I have this day turned over "Register of Marriages" for Augusta County to Mr. W. A. Burnett County Clerk, whose receipt therefor, I enclose herewith.
