In compliance with instructions contained in Circular No 32, from Asst Comr Richmond Va dated Dec 19, 1868, I have the honor to report that I have this day turned over "Register of Marriages" for Augusta Co. to Mr. W. A. Burnett County Clerk, whose receipt therefor, I enclose herewith.
