Sir,
Duplicate vouchers for rent of building at Staunton enclosed for signature.
Where shall the check be sent? It will probably not be received from Washington under two weeks.
If $500 in Cash [added: or its equivalent] is raised, enough money will be furnished by this Bureau to put up a house of two rooms, to accomodate two teachers.
